The hotel offers excellent rooms with very comfortable furniture, rivaling international brands at a fraction of the price. The service was exceptional with accommodating and helpful staff. However, the location is far from major facilities with nothing around, and there were issues with being overcharged on checkout. The dining experience was highlighted by an awesome breakfast. Overall, a great value for the money.

The rooms were in excellent condition, very spacious, and with very comfortable furniture, but the windows facing the river hadn't been cleaned from the outside. The service was exceptional, especially with Kush from the front office being very helpful. The location had major road works in front of the building, which was a bit inconvenient, but it was away from the hustle, making it a quiet spot. The dining experience had abundant varieties to cater to all taste buds, although the quality of cut fruit and breads was disappointing.

It's a lovely chance to experience. The service went above and beyond in accommodating my food preferences and inquiries, making it a pleasant stay with top-notch customer care.
