i really liked the tinello restaurant. the interaction with the staff was really appreciated. parag, dhermesh, and philomena at reception were great. souschef pradeep made excellent food. the waiter in tinello had an excellent mustache!!!

it did not match the quality and variety i have experienced at other hyatt properties.

the hotel provides access to a well-equipped gym with three treadmills. it also offers two stationary bikes for guest use. the outdoor pool area includes twenty comfortable loungers. guests can also find a shaded area near the pool.

The breakfast spread was acceptable with a variety of options.

The check-in area was small, and the staff member helping me was interrupted several times. This happened even by their management, all while I waited with my things.. Service expectations were NOT met.
