amazing stay

great reception excellent food excellent mustache

i really liked the tinello restaurant. the interaction with the staff was really appreciated. parag, dhermesh, and philomena at reception were great. souschef pradeep made excellent food. the waiter in tinello had an excellent mustache!!!

it did not match the quality and variety i have experienced at other hyatt properties.

the hotel provides access to a well-equipped gym with three treadmills. it also offers two stationary bikes for guest use. the outdoor pool area includes twenty comfortable loungers. guests can also find a shaded area near the pool.

the hotel staff was helpful and courteous. the executive chef vishal provided excellent service. the team leader, mr govind, led his team well. cdc rahul was also very helpful .

The breakfast spread was acceptable with a variety of options.

The check-in area was small, and the staff member helping me was interrupted several times. This happened even by their management, all while I waited with my things.. Service expectations were NOT met.

my stay included a spacious king room with a lovely river view.. the breakfast spread featured many choices, including custom orders. i especially appreciated the helpful staff and quick attention to any request.

the gym was sometimes crowded during peak hours.

the king room included a work desk, a seating area with a sofa, and a large window offering a nice view. the bathroom featured a separate shower and tub plus premium toiletries. the room also had complimentary bottled water restocked daily.
